The Activity Log is your organization’s audit trail in Shopperations. It captures a detailed record of who did what, and when, across your events, budgets, invoices, and more. This gives you transparency, helps with troubleshooting, and supports compliance or audit needs.
You can filter by date, user, action type, or entity (like events, invoices, or budgets) to quickly find what you need.
What does the Activity Log track?
Below is a breakdown of exact actions your system logs, organized by area:
EVENTS
Action Tracked | What it means |
Add event | A new event was created. |
Delete event | An event was deleted. |
Change event start date | The start date of an event was modified. |
Change event end date | The end date of an event was modified. |
Add tactic to event | A tactic was added to an event. |
Change tactic Allocated Budget | The allocated budget amount for a tactic was changed. |
Change tactic Estimated Spend | The estimated spend for a tactic was modified. |
Change tactic Actual Spend | The actual spend for a tactic was updated. |
Delete tactic | A tactic was removed from an event. |
Add brand/product | A brand or product was added to an event or tactic. |
Delete brand/product | A brand or product was removed. |
Change event's status | The event’s workflow status changed (like Estimating, Committed, Finalized). |
Change event name | The event name was updated. |
Copy event | An event was copied to create a new one. |
INVOICES

Add invoice | A new invoice was added. |
Uploaded invoices in bulk | Multiple invoices were uploaded at once. |
Delete invoice | An invoice was removed. |

Change budget name | The budget’s name was updated. |
