Overview
Shopperations now supports actual spend entry at the tactic level, giving you more flexibility and automation when managing financials. You can enter a single total amount and let the system handle the brand-level split—saving time and reducing manual work.
This enhancement supports both manual entry and bulk upload workflows.
How Tactic-Level Actual Spend Entry Works
Navigate to the tactic level on the Event Spend tab or from the Tactics Page.
Enter a total actual spend amount for the tactic.
Shopperations automatically splits the total evenly across brand/products associated with the tactic.
Splitting Actuals by Allocated Budget Weights
Use the toggle to split actuals using the same weights as the allocated budget.
When turned on:
The actual spend is distributed proportionally based on existing allocated budget allocations.
When turned off:
You can manually adjust brand-level actuals after the split.
