Welcome to the redesigned Shopperations homepage! This guide walks you through each section of the new layout so you can quickly understand where to find what you need—and how to use new features to stay on top of your planning work.
📢 Organization Announcements Panel
This section displays organization-specific announcements curated by your internal admin team.

View announcements: Scroll to see all available announcements.

Open details: Click an announcement title to expand its content.

Access links: If the announcement includes a link, it opens in a new browser tab.

Admins only: Org Admins can create new announcements using the ➕ button in this section.
📊 Planning Progress Dashboard
This refreshed dashboard displays essential metrics for your active planning space (e.g., Kroger) and fiscal year.

Metrics include:

Dispersed: Budget released

Allocated/Planned: Budget that has been committed to activities

Actualized: Budget that has been confirmed through actuals

Remaining to Plan: Budget still unassigned

Use the fiscal year dropdown to update and view relevant data.

👤 Add New Users
This panel offers new options for both admins and non-admin users.
Non-Admins:

Start a user access request from the same button.

Enter one or more email addresses.
-
Select Team(s) and Role (Budget Owner, Manager, or Viewer).

Your organization’s internal admin (not Shopperations support) will receive a notification to approve or reject.

Admins:

Click "Add New Users" to launch the setup form.

Fill out required fields to grant access.

💡 Note: If your org uses SSO (Single Sign-On), follow your internal procedures for setting up distribution or admin group access.
🕘 Recently Visited Events & Reports

Events: Quickly return to events you’ve worked on recently.

Reports: Newly added! Now you can jump back into your most recent reports, too.
