The new Shopperations Home Page allows any users to request access for a new user directly in the application. Your request is sent to your Organization admin for approval. See below for instructions.
🚀 Inviting a New User
Step 1: Navigate to the “Add New Users” Panel
Find the “Add New Users” panel on the Shopperations Homepage
Step 2: Complete the New User Form
Fill out the following required details:

Step 3: Send Request
Click “Add User.”
- When access for a new user has been requested, your Main organization admin (not your Shopperations contact) receives a email and an an in-app notification and will take the next steps on your request.
🔔 Request approvals and rejections
- Your admin can approve your request as is, make changes and then approve, or reject the request completely.
- If your request is approved, you will receive an email and in-app notification and the new user will receive an email to complete their registration.
- If your request is rejected, you will receive an email and in-app notification and the new user that was requested will not be notified.
