The new Shopperations Home Page gives Admins streamlined access to essential user management tools. This guide walks through how to any Shopperations user can request new users and how pending approvals are managed.
🚀 Inviting a New User
Step 1: Navigate to the “Add New Users” Panel
Find the “Add New Users” panel on the Shopperations Homepage
Step 2: Complete the New User Form
Fill out the following required details:

Step 3: Send Invitation
Click “Send Invite.” The user will receive an email with a secure link to complete their registration.
⚠️ Note: Invitations expire after 7 days. If a user hasn’t registered, you can resend their invitation.
🔔 Handling Pending Approvals
When access for a new user has been requested, the Main admin receives a email and an an in-app notification.
To Review:

Go the your Organization Settings and click on the Users tab.
- Review pending requests at the top of the page. You can edit the User Role and Access as desired prior to approving.

Click “Approve” or “Reject.”
- If approved, the user will be sent a link to register and the Requestor will also be sent a notification of the approval.
- If rejected, the Requestor will be sent a notification of the rejection.
