Overview
Shopperations allows Organization Admins to set up Clearinghouse Vendors and define Clearinghouse Fees that are applied automatically when events are created. This ensures consistent financial tracking and saves time for your team.
🔧 What Are Clearinghouse Settings?

Clearinghouse Vendor: The company that handles coupon redemptions and settlements (e.g., Inmar, NCH).

Clearinghouse Fees: A fixed fee amount that gets automatically applied to new events.
🛠️ How to Set a Clearinghouse Vendor

Log in as an Organization Admin.

Go to Organization Settings > Lists tab.

In the Clearinghouse Vendor field, select the name of your Clearinghouse Vendor from the list of vendors.
📌 The selected vendor will now be an option for the redemption vendor in any new event where coupon tactics are used.
💰 How to Set Clearinghouse Fees

In the same area, click into the Clearinghouse fee field.

Enter the fee amount (e.g.,
0.08
for $0.08 per coupon).
✅ This fee will be automatically applied to events involving coupon tactics.
🚨 Things to Keep in Mind

Fees are applied automatically to new events, but can be adjusted manually if needed.

The Clearinghouse Vendor name will also be used in reports and financial summaries.
