This article explains the fields available in the Shopperations Report Engine. Use these definitions as a guide to understand what each field means.
General Fields
Fiscal Year – The financial year
Team – Indicates ownership of the plan element at the highest level -a collection of one or more planning spaces
Retailer/Page - Subset of a Team - a singular planning space. Often tied to a retailer but can be tied to any designation.
Budget Fields
Budget Name – Name of the budget as entered in the system.
Budget Category – Category that the budget is assigned to. Can be set to "Multiple" indicating any category.
Budget Brand – Brand that the budget is tied to. Can be set to "Multiple" indicating any Brand within the Category.
Budget Product – Product that the budget is assigned to. Can be set to "Multiple" indicating any Product within the brand.
Budget Type – Type of budget (selected from predefined list)
Budget Designation – Set to Any, Coupon, or Non-Coupon. Restricts the use of the budget by Tactic Type in planning.
Budget Timing – Labels the Budget to indicated release timing and sometimes expectation of use. (selected from predefined list)
Budget Owner – User responsible for managing the budget in Shopperations.
Budget Notes – Additional comments or notes about the budget.
Budget ID – Unique system identifier for the budget.
Budget Disbursed – Amount of budget released or disbursed.
Event Fields
Event Name – Title of the event.
Event Start Date / End Date – Dates when the event begins and ends.
Event Start Period / End Period – Fiscal period alignment based on Event Start and End Dates for the event.
Event Start Quarter / End Quarter – Fiscal quarter alignment based on Event Start and End Dates for the event.
Event Status – User selected indication of where in the planning cycle the Event is (e.g., Estimating, Committed, Finalized, etc). (selected from predefined list)
Event Owner – User responsible for managing the event.
Event Retail Customer – Optional field for organizations using planning spaces not linked to a Retailer. Indicates the Retailer linked to the event.
Event Initiative – Initiative or program under which the event falls. (selected from predefined list)
Event Notes – Additional comments or context about the event.
Event ID – Unique system generated identifier for the event.
Invoice Fields
Invoice Description – Notes or details about the invoice.
Invoice Type – Type of invoice (e.g., Standard, Deduction).
Invoice Number – Reference number of the invoice.
Invoice Vendor – Vendor who issued the invoice. (Selected from predefined list in organization's managing actuals manually)
Invoice Vendor Number – Vendor’s ID number
Invoice Status – Current processing status.
Invoice Date – Date when invoice was issued or recorded.
Invoice Beneficiary – Equal to Vendor- indicates who will be paid by the invoice (used by organization's doing bulk upload of actuals)
Invoice Budget Description – Additional information about the budget
Invoice or Deduction – User selected indication of whether this entry is an invoice or a deduction.
Invoice Amount – Value of the invoice.
Tactic Fields
Tactic Name – Name of the tactic. (selected from predefined list)
Tactic Media Type – Broader group that Tactic Names belong to. Auto assigned based on user selection of Tactic Name.
Tactic Type – Additional layer within a tactic plan indicated Media or Coupon portion of spend. A single tactic name can be split into multiple Tactic Types.
Tactic Brand – Participating Brand within the tactic. User selected; always in conjunction with Tactic Product selection.
Tactic Product – Participating Product within the tactic. User selected; always in conjunction with Tactic Brand selection.
Tactic Category – Participating Category within the tactic. Auto assigned once Tactic Brand and Tactic Product are selected.
Tactic Start Date / End Date – In market dates when the tactic begins and ends.
Tactic Start Period / End Period – Fiscal period alignment based on tactic Start and End Dates for the tactic.
Tactic Start Quarter / End Quarter – Fiscal quarter alignment based on tactic Start and End Dates for the tactic.
Tactic Quantity – Number of units, placements, or executions.
Tactic Coupon Code – Offer Identifier for coupon-related tactics.
Tactic Expiration Date – Date the coupon or offer expires.
Tactic Coupon Purchase Req – Indicates the purchase amount required to redeem offer.
Tactic Redemption – Number or percentage of redemptions.
Tactic Description – Additional description or notes.
Tactic GL Code – General Ledger accounting code tied to the Tactic Name.
Tactic Status – User selected status of the tactic
Tactic Retail Media Commitment – User selected indication if the tactic counts toward Retail Media Commitments or Joint Business Planning agreements.
Tactic Tactic ID – System- generated unique identifier for each tactic.
Tactic PO – User inputted Purchase Order number associated with tactic.
Tactic PO Start Date / End Date – User inputted dates indicating the time range for the PO.
Tactic PO Start Month / End Month – Calendar month coverage of the PO.
Tactic PO Start Quarter / End Quarter – Fiscal quarter coverage of the PO.
Tactic Notes – Free-text notes related to the tactic.
Tactic Vendor – Vendor executing the tactic.
Tactic Estimated Spend – Initial planned spend amount that is NOT linked to a budget. Used sparingly in reporting.
Tactic Allocated Budget – Budget currently allocated to this tactic. Most often used in reporting.
Tactic Actual Spend – Actual spend recorded for tactic. Often compared to Tactic Allocated Budget.
Tactic Unit Cost/Coupon Value – Cost per unit or coupon value.
