Overview
In Shopperations, the Product List is essential for setting up campaigns, budgets, and reports. As an Organization Admin, you can upload, edit, and manage products in bulk or individually—all from the Organization Settings.
🧾 What’s in a Product List?
Each product entry includes:

Brand
-
Product
-
Category
-
Active From / Until Dates (optional)
📤 How to Upload a New Product List

Log in as an Organization Admin.

Go to Organization Settings > Lists tab.

Expand the Product List section.
-
Click Download .csv Template to get the required file format.

Fill in your product data in the template:

Be sure to keep column names and structure unchanged.

Click Upload New List.
-
Select your filled-out .csv file and click Open.
✅ The system automatically processes and imports your products.
📝 How to Edit an Existing Product List
Option 1: Edit Inline in the Admin Panel

In the Product List, click into any editable field:

Brand, Product, Category
-
Active From / Until Dates
-

Make your changes.
-
A confirmation prompt will appear:
“Are you sure you want to make changes to this product? These changes will be updated in all events.”

Click Update to save or Cancel to discard.
Option 2: Edit via Download and Re-Upload

Click Download Current List to export your product data.

Make changes in Excel or Google Sheets.
-
Save the file as a .csv.

Click Upload New List to import your updated version.
🔁 Products are matched by their internal Shopperations ID, so names can change without duplicating entries.
➕ How to Add a Single Product Manually

In the Product List, click Add New Product.

Fill in:

Brand
-
Product
-
Category
-
-
Click Save.
🚫 Can’t Delete a Product?
If a product is currently used in events or budgets, you will see this warning when attempting to delete it:
“The product is being used in current events or budgets. It can't be removed.”
You can still expire it by setting the Active Until Date to a past year.
